Our focaccia loaves are open-textured flat breads. They are 85% hydration and baked for a relatively short amount of time at a very high temperature, which helps to form the characteristic large air bubbles and give a dark, flavoursome crust.
We stock this product range in-store only on a Friday. All orders received by midday on a Tuesday will be available to collect from the store on Friday of the same week. Any order received after we have placed the bakery order will not be delivered until the following Friday!
