Roads Less Travelled Exhibition Photographs by Andrew Dally
Andrew Dally is a photographer based in Powys. He specialises in landscape and documentary subjects, and is inspired by the landscape, history, and literature of Mid Wales.
For his exhibition, Roads less travelled, he’s attempted to capture the essence of what the landscape of Mid Wales means to him. He first came to the area as a 10-year-old boy in the 1970s, and it’s been his home for the past 20 years. The unspoilt Irfon Valley, and the wild and brooding Mynydd Epynt, with its poignant history, are particularly inspiring to him.
He’s chosen images of iconic locations, as well as images that aim to capture the rural atmosphere of the area and the smaller details in the landscape that we often overlook.
He hopes that the photographs will resonate with local people and show visitors to the area something of the undiscovered beauty of the area.
Free entry, no bookings required.
